Lotus Eldercare will be providing certification of Basic Eldercare Skill course for specialize care givers providing skilled staff for stay-in care of ADL dependent elderly. Lotus Eldercare will be partnering Noble Lamp Technical Services Co., Ltd in Myanmar to provide the training program. We will be providing Lotus Eldercare Chief trainer and curriculum to Noble Lamp, with certification of the trainees upon successful completion of the course.

I wish express my warm welcome to introduce you our Noble Lamp Specialized Caregiver training center, Myanmar.
Our Vision: Care giving is a noble job. We all need caregivers and we all can be caregivers. Without them we would hardly grow up and aged.
Our Mission: We offer the skills, knowledge and practice which necessary to take care of people those who are in need. We select and train our candidates to gain ultimate care giving skills and knowledge. Our caregivers are committed to bring care and comfort holistically to their healthcare consumers and families internationally.
Our Objectives: To support our nation and people to gain healthcare knowledge and skills by uplifting the quality individually, to create the most relevant oversea healthcare careers and to provide the opportunities to acquire world standard healthcare education.
Our location: Noble Lamp Specialized Caregiver Training Center opened on 22, April 2014 at Mingalardon Township, Yangon, Myanmar. Two stories private mansion located in quiet, clean and secure environment. Fifteen minute drive from Yangon international airport and an hour drive from downtown Yangon.
Our trainees: Our candidates come from various part of Myanmar who are keen to involve in healthcare professions. Some are newly interest candidates, career switchers, and some are experienced in oversea working environments.
Our intakes: We specially selected who suit to take our course. Candidates must have high school certificate at least in Myanmar. Healthy candidates ages between 23 to 50 years are needed to pass their preliminarily entry English test. Registered young trainees have to present grantor’s signatures from their parents or guardians. We take monthly candidates up to 25 persons.
Our curriculum: Up to 168 training hours with comprehensive lab practices includes general nursing care, specialized nursing care to particular diseases, rehabilitation with both active and passive range of exercises, preparing diets, controlling communicable diseases, monitoring vital signs and blood sugar levels, prompt response to clinical emergencies and systematic recording and reporting. Moreover our trainees have privileged to learn about coping caregiver’s stress and successful living among the people with different cultures. We Reinforce with English language and basic mandarin to our trainees to get effective communication with their clients.
Our Trainers: Singapore experienced in both clinical and theories trainers, nursing degree holders and registered nurses from Myanmar and Singapore are closely monitoring and giving training to our trainees.

Ei Ei Phyu (Ms)
Chief of Service, Lotus Eldercare Academy ; Senior Staff NurseB. Nursing (Uni. Nursing Mandalay); Advanced Dip in Nursing Management (NYP)
Ms. Ei Ei Phyu is a registered nurse in Myanmar Nurses & Midwifery Council as well as in Singapore Nursing Board. She completed her Bachelor Nursing and graduated from University of Nursing Mandalay, Myanmar in 2002. She commenced her nursing career at Asia Royal hospital, Myanmar as a staff nurse in 2002.
In 2005, she came to Singapore and continued her career at See Narayana Mission Home for Aged Sick. She earned her spot as a Registered Nurse and participated in training to junior nurses and health attendants on OJT program in the Mission Home.
In 2009, she joined in neurology faculty ward, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. In 2010, she moved to Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, Angsana Home (Destitute Home) which is running under Ministry of Family and Social Development as a nurse-in-charge of nursing department. She earned her Advanced Diploma in nursing (Management) from NYP in 2011. Thereafter, she was promoted as a Nurse Manager. She played her role in nursing administration and initiated in-service education program in the Home. In 2013, she was deployed in Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities as a Case Manager providing home nursing, case managing individuals in the community care setting, and training to new nursing aides from various foreign countries.
During her career in Singapore, Ei Ei was also awarded with ITE Skills Certificate in Health Care (Home Care); Certificate of Attendance in Infection Control Training (CDC); Certificate of Attendance in Urinary/ Fecal Incontinence In-service Training for Nursing Homes; Certificate of Achievement in Understanding and working with Senior Citizens (SSTI); Certificate of Attendance in Positive Care: Protecting Vulnerable Adults in Residential and Day Care Settings; Certificate of Achievement in Outcome Measures- Making Them Work For You (SSTI); Certificate of Achievement in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy – Introduction (SSTI); Certificate of Participation in Case Management for People with Mental Illness (SAMH ); Certificate of Attendance in Management of Difficult, Aggressive and Violent Persons in the Community (IMH); Certificate of Attendance in Managing Alcoholic Residents In Welfare Homes (IMH; Certificate of Attendance in Patient Education and Chronic Disease Management Workshops (HPB)
She completed the Train-the Trainer Program run by MOH in January 2014.
Ei Ei joined Lotus Eldercare as Chief of Service, Lotus Eldercare Academy from April 2014 and will be based in Myanmar as Chief trainer for Lotus Eldercare Specialist Care Giver Certification program in collaboration with Noble Lamp Technical Services Co. Ltd Specialist Care Giver Training Center.
